Pieter Pot is a fast growing scale-up with a sustainable mission to make waste free shopping available for all. We started this business in 2019 to end the enormous amounts of waste in the supply chain behind our daily needs of groceries.

As our Growth Marketing Associate you will discover and execute growth opportunities. You’ll have a product marketing mindset, oriented toward engaging and converting new customers and retaining existing customers. Your work will consist of the following, with the mix and priorities depending on your strengths and our evolving needs and opportunities:

This is what you will be doing

Discover

• Growth opportunities, markets and channels, and present acquisition plans and campaigns using existing customer data, market research, testing and iterative campaigns.

Create, execute

• Social media content and campaigns;
• Paid search campaigns (Google Ads);Web content – spec new landing pages and write product marketing copy;
  
• Develop and present plans for productization of our growing content base.

Optimize

• CRO: scope and execute continual A/B testing of landing pages across site and refine product messaging to increase conversion rates and retention.

What do you bring?

• Ideally this is your second job and you have experience in consumer marketing in a fast-growing environment;
• Proven track record of growth experiments that have been implemented in the business;
• Experience in working in cross functional teams;
• Interest in sustainability, circular economy & consumer behavior;

• True expert on growth hacking framework and processes

  Innovative and creative mindset;

• Hands-on, nothing is impossible mentality;

• Curious and proactive in questioning business decisions;

• Team player and a strong stakeholder manager;

• Flexible to quickly switch focus to changing priorities on a daily base;
