Growth Marketing Manager

Our Growth Marketing Manager will be the strategic coordinator accountable for our Pieter Pot growth experiments and implementations. You are the chief expert when it comes to; growth hacking, target audience, digital tools and product analytics. You use these inputs to grow revenue via DTC channels. Together with your team, you translate data to insights, build new strategies to activate and retain users A/B tests to optimise metrics and eat (waste free) data for breakfast.

Where are we standing right now?

We are an online supermarket (founded in 2019) with a unique supply chain and operation, run by a very ambitious, innovative and committed team, who are dedicated to growing Pieter Pot and making a positive impact. We started in the Netherlands, where we have an office in Rotterdam, and are expanding geographically to North-West Europe. 

Together with a team of experts and fellow online marketers, you will take up hands-on work across the entire online marketing spectrum as well as optimising the measurable results. From advertising to email marketing, from referral strategies to landing page design, from analytics to A/B testing. You collect data, analyse the impact of your campaigns and translate this into insights and constant optimization. Together we will make the (inter)national rollout of Pieter Pot a resounding success!

This is what you will be doing

You will combine strategic thinking with executional excellence to develop cross-functional programs that accelerate our growth, you will work with your team on our Activation, Retention and Referral systems. You will apply your channel-level expertise to drive efficient scale, rolling up your sleeves to amplify existing channels and test new ones. Besides all this, you are a coach and mentor to your Growth team members and make sure they have all they need to flourish and accelerate their performance.

  • Roll up your sleeves to amplify existing channels and test new ones;

  • Be part of the Growth team which includes Product Owners, Developers and Data analysts, guided by our experienced Head of Growth;

  • Lead a team of Growth hackers to develop campaign and channel strategies, set budgets, and define and optimise audience targets.

What do you bring?

  • You have some years of experience as a lead/manager in consumer marketing preferably in a fast-growing environment;

  • Interest in sustainability, circular economy & consumer behaviour;

  • Experience in a dynamic, high-growth business or in similar projects is welcome;

  • A great communicator and presenter. You are able to translate data into meaningful action points;

  • Self-starter and able to work independently;

  • Team player and a strong stakeholder manager;

  • Result-driven mindset with an analytical approach in drawing conclusions.
