Pieter Pot is a fast growing scale-up with a sustainable mission to make waste free shopping available for all. We started this business in 2019 to end the enormous amounts of waste in the supply chain behind our daily needs of groceries.
We are an online supermarket with a unique supply chain and operation, run by a very ambitious, innovative and committed team, who are dedicated to growing Pieter Pot and making a positive impact. We started in the Netherlands, where we have an office in Rotterdam, and are expanding geographically to North-West Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting marketing strategy, leading campaign planning, guiding performance and optimization, telling the full performance story, and facilitating marketing project management. You will combine strategic thinking with executional excellence to develop cross-functional programs that accelerate our growth, working with your team on PR & Partnerships, Community & Content, Brand management & Campaigns. You will also closely work with colleagues from our growth, data and creative teams. You will apply your channel-level expertise to drive efficient scale, rolling up your sleeves to amplify existing channels and test new ones. You have an international mindset to extend growth in other European countries.
Besides all this, you are a coach and mentor to your marketing teams and make sure they have all they need to flourish and accelerate their performance.
