As our HR Operations Employee you will support us with the delivery of proactive-oriented people administration and provide general administrative support to the entire People & Culture team. Our People & Culture team now consists of a Head of People & Culture, People Advisor, People Business Partner, People Analytics Specialist, Corporate Recruiter and an Office Manager. 


This is what you'll do

  • First point of contact for all HR relevant administrative questions; 

  • Assist with our onboarding, mobility and off-boarding processes;

  • Draft and issue letters as necessary, for example contract changes, salary, absence management and leavers;

  • Processing sick reports to the occupational health and safety service;

  • Coordinating Pieter Pot's payroll;

  • Planning, budgetting & reporting;

  • Following existing people processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies;

  • Ensuring that the end-to-end people process always supports a positive employee experience.

What do you have in your jar?

  • Ideally you have a few years of experience in a similar role as a HR Administrator;

  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law and legislation is a must;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Ability to work 24-40 hours and hybride; from our office and/or warehouse or home office;
  • Data driven and you are experienced with HR systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • A proactive approach to providing administrative and organisational support and the ability to work using initiative;
  • Keen to learn, develop and get involved in a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
